CHRISTINE ENGELFRIED
Mrs. Christine Engelfried is in her first year at Holy Family High School College Preparatory. She is excited to be an addition to an esteemed tradition of academic excellence. She has experienced the unique pleasure of attending Catholic schools kindergarten through college. She began her dance training at a young age and participated in an advanced dance conservatory and went on to a pursue a double major in both dance and communication studies at Loyola Marymount University. She continued her education with an acceptance into the summer dance program at the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Exploring the communications aspect of her major she also worked as regional manager in the hospitality industry with experience and specialization in operations, communication studies, corporate training and leadership. Within the past 3 years she has had the distinct privilege of working with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as a minister of liturgical movement combining her love of dance and desire to serve the Church in the form of sacred movement used in liturgies, prayer services, regional congresses and the Religious Education Congress, the nation’s largest annual gathering of Catholics. She is excited to work with such talented young women and looks forward to growing the dance program!
