CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE
Prospective Students and Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to our Admissions Process! We would like to take a minute of your time by listing all of the necessary documents needed for a successful and completed application:
- Completed Holy Family High School College Preparatory Application
- Two Teacher Recommendations (English & Math/Science)
- A copy of your placement test scores
- A copy of your school transcripts for the past two years including standardized test scores
- A copy of your Immunization Records
We hope this eases your mind and we look forward to meeting you very soon.
A non-refundable Application Processing fee of $60 is due upon receipt of application. This includes the Entrance Exam.
