Mission Statement
The mission of the athletic department is consistent with the school’s overall philosophy and objectives. The athletic department provides a varied athletic program, offering opportunities to all students.
Athletic activities are important to the goals of HFHSCP and are a significant supplement to the academic curriculum. The dedication and commitment athletics demands often provide a challenge more immediate than is usually found in the classroom. The athletic program allows students to learn the importance of daily hard work, responsibility to a group, risk taking, and creative thinking. HFHSCP recognizes athletics as a core educational experience and adheres to the CIF’s motto of “pursuing victory with honor.”
