Visual Arts
Holy Family High School offers a wide variety of visual art courses to enhance our student's understanding of art forms, gain practical experience with materials, develop aesthetic judgment, and most importantly, cultivate an encouraging studio environment where she can take risks, experiment and identify her unique, creative gifts. All of our art courses provide an appreciation of diverse points of view and a historical and contemporary context for the visual arts. Courses offered: Art 1, Drawing and Painting, Ceramics, Photography, Graphic Design (as part of the yearbook course) and Advanced Placement Drawing Portfolio.
"I've never thought of myself as someone capable of being an artist. Ms. Faragher has taught me that I do have artistic gifts and has given me the confidence to share them."
